Mr. Speaker, my questions are for the Minister of Education, Culture and Employment in regards to the apprenticeship trades certificate. What type of working relationship does the department have with the oil and gas sectors, or the mine sectors, in terms of having the apprenticeship people work in the oil and gas mining field in terms of getting a journeyman certificate?
