In my Member's statement I was speaking about the high cost of living and how I thought the businesses, the high cost of fuel and that...There were some ways, some ideas we could come up with the businesses to help...or not help. I am not implying that. I am saying subsidize the businesses because they may just end up with the money in their pocket and keep the prices the way they were to begin with. I would like to ask the Minister of ITI if there has ever been a study specific to the Northwest Territories, or survey with northern businesses, asking for ideas and creative ways that they may come up with bringing the prices down on some of the goods and services in the Northwest Territories, especially food?
