Mr. Speaker, your committee has been considering Bill 3, An Act to Amend the Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act; Bill 4, An Act to Amend the Supplementary Retiring Allowances Act; Committee Report 3-15(5); and Bill 5, An Act to Amend the Territorial Parks Act, and would like to report progress with four motions being adopted, that Committee Report 3-15(5) is concluded, that Bills 3 and 5 are ready for third reading and that Bill 4 is ready for third reading, as amended.
