Mr. Speaker, one initiative I would ask the Minister to take into consideration in terms of our small communities and having the homeowners and people who live in public units be more responsible for power, if somehow they can put a metre into their building. We know that now we're

subsidizing 700 kilowatts per month, that the people can look at these metres and be more responsible in terms of the amount of energy they're using for that month. Thank you.
