As I said in my Member's statement today, I believe that there needs to be a firm policy document specifically outlining the required design features that should be incorporated into the Housing Corporation units for seniors and disabled persons. So can the Minister tell us whether a firm policy document exists to guide the construction of units for seniors and disabled people? Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
