Thank you. I guess as one of the members on the Social Programs committee that looks this kind of thing over, Mr. Chairman, it's got my attention and it will continue to get my attention. We have a big investment in Thebacha college and the instructors and the people that are there. We also have a big investment to our private sector partners for training. I would certainly like to tell the Minister that I'll give lots of consideration to a well-planned equipment and technology upgrade at Thebacha if it is warranted for us to keep up with, if not ahead of the training curve that we're going to need here in the NWT. So just a comment there, Mr. Chair; I'm done.
