Mr. Speaker, I think what the government has done is caved in on this one, again to the demands of a regulatory process that demands that it's in place before we're there, to the demands of big companies that want to make sure that we're not going to be a thorn in their sides when they go ahead and start stripping off the wealth of the NWT. When are we going to stop playing nice guy, Mr. Speaker, with either the proponents of this project or with Ottawa?
