Mr. Chairman, I want to ask the Minister about the student grants and the success rate of the students who come up from the southern provinces to the Northwest Territories and suddenly they are eligible for these grants to further their education and career. How successful are we at retaining these students? I know we can't stop them from leaving the Northwest Territories once they get their education. Are we getting good value in terms of educating our people here and having them stay in the Northwest Territories to work for the northern people? Thank you.
