Mr. Speaker, going back to my Member's statement on training opportunities available to what's turning out to be the largest and most expensive project in the Northwest Territories -- and I'm not talking about our new school in Inuvik -- I'd like to ask the Minister of Education, what's the government's strategy in development of training opportunities for northerners?
