Mr. Speaker, no, we haven't yet discussed it with the Tlicho. What we want to do is look at what is possible first. I wanted to take that to Cabinet. If there is agreement at the Cabinet table to do that, then we would move ahead with discussing from that list of possibilities what would realistically be transferred.
