Mr. Speaker, we will take a look at it. I will have my staff look at the experiences across the country. We will do an assessment of the costs, various options. It's possible if we were to move in this direction, we could do it cooperatively with other functions; for example, human rights. We may want to do it as a stand-alone before we move ahead.
