Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I don't know where he's getting the idea that I'm sitting on my hands on this issue. It's been a very long process. We have to deal with the communities in the Northwest Territories; the NWT Association of Communities has got a working group. If he's asking me to ignore them, I don't think I can do that. We have to move forward, along with them and along with their recommendations, Mr. Speaker. We're just about at the end of the process. We're not going to be losing any of the funding; the money is already committed. That money is $1.7 million and that money will be there ready and available as soon as we sign the agreement in the new fiscal year. He can work with the City of Yellowknife and apply for these monies like everybody else. Thank you.
