Thank you, Mr. Speaker. We want to be careful that we aren't stepping into an area where the federal government has fiscal responsibility. This government has a responsibility for providing services for all of our residents, but if we set up a special unit to deal with this, we are stepping into an area that the federal government should be taking on. We want to make sure that everybody who has a role to play in the Northwest Territories knows how to help somebody access service. That's our first goal. If we can find a way to work with the federal government that they would be willing to fund this sort of operation, we would be more than happy to have this kind of thing set up. I will ensure that that is discussed at the next interagency meeting.
