Thank you, Mr. Speaker. The fact of the matter is, it was an arbitrary decision made by Cabinet to drop the review of agencies and boards in the Northwest Territories for whatever priorities they chose. The work is

not going to get done during the life of the 15th Legislative Assembly and somebody has to be responsible for that work not getting done. I'd like to ask the Premier, when was Cabinet planning on renewing the effort to conclude this work? Why wasn't it in the 2007-08 mains? Thank you.
