Mr. Speaker, first of all, we have to find the plan and then we’d have to work out the details as to the financing and who is going to be responsible for financing the work that is supposed to be done. Again, we go back to the fact that the communities now are more in charge of their own infrastructure and they decide how the money is going to be used.
