I just have a question because I have talked to employees who have worked in the government for years. Basically, they don’t seem to be seeing any enhancement by way of movement up the ladder. Do you have any professional development programs in place to allow individuals who have worked in this department for years? Your numbers seem a little low in regards to 17 percent in regards to having seven people out of 130. I think, if anything, we can be doing a better job than that. Do you offer such programs? Are you open to professional development services to allow people to go off to university or college to get their different degrees and looking into management studies so they can advance or approach it? Is that something that you do and exactly what programs have been provided through Health and Social
Services to enhance employees to move up the ladder?
