As much as the Minister of Youth, I would like to have a youth budget. I think it would be very difficult to try and access or pull all the pockets of money together because what education may use is earmarked for their particular department and as far as the other departments go. But I can assure the Member that I will meet with my Cabinet colleagues and try to identify all the pockets of money first of all and then see what steps we can take from there.
