This was not part of the capital plan process. The issue arose as we went to tender to do the renovation and the issue of complexities involved in making major renovations and investments into property where we do not own the land or the property, so this is just a measure to fix that. I can assure the Member that we are not spending extra money on that; we are just taking the ownership of it and paying mortgages with money we were paying the town anyway. Thank you.
