Mr. Chairman, these fees are not only just the professional and licensing fees but vital statistics fees. Oh, I guess that is a different category. So I guess you could argue for some of the professionals we pay them under contract, but there are lots of professionals who practice in the North who are not part of our salary and we will be collecting money from them, whether they are

nurses or any other professionals that work here. In fact, I think there is up to four or five hundred nurses registered to practice in the Northwest Territories and some of them may practice for a week and some of them may practice for a year, but they would have to pay fees to practice here.
