Will the Minister take this opportunity to communicate now rather than waiting until April 1st and putting the public through

unnecessary angst? Will the Minister commit to communicating very soon, say within a week, or preferably by Friday -- that’s tomorrow -- that in fact this model doesn’t fit this area and we need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a lot of information and so on before moving forward?
