I hate to be repetitive, but my question is, will the Minister talk with the NWT Power Corporation and look at some kind of mechanism, some way of instituting a reverse rate rider or an adjustment applied to the PUB for an adjustment to the existing rate riders so that they can take the advantage of the lower fuel costs and that can be passed on to the customers of the NWT Power Corporation?
