Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Members may recall that we initiated a mortgage payment plan to provide options to homeowners to deal with the arrears situation. We have been working very hard on it. We have made some progress to date but we still have quite a ways to go on the mortgage portfolio. We are working with people. We want them to be able to remain in their homes. We’ve had about 14 clients so far that have refinanced their mortgage through banks, so we have been able to raise about $700,000 through that process. We have had six clients to date that have turned the unit back to us for a quick claim process and 55 of them have been working on a repayment plan, so we are making some headway on it but we still have a long way to go on that portfolio.
