Mr. Speaker, your committee has been considering Committee Report 3-16(3), Standing Committee on Rules and Procedures Report on the Use of Laptop Computers and BlackBerry Devices in the Legislative Assembly, and Tabled Document 11-16(3), Northwest Territories Main Estimates 2009 and 2010. I would like to report progress, with three motions being adopted and that Committee Report 3-16(3) is concluded. Mr. Speaker, I move that the report of Committee of the Whole be concurred with.
