Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My questions are to the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs. It is in regard to the statement made last week by the Minister of Environment in regard to the agreement that was signed in Whitehorse regarding the establishment of

standards dealing with municipal wastewater input. Mr. Speaker, the Minister also endorsed a Canadian-wide strategy on managing the wastewater input and the framework to manage discharge of wastewater infrastructure in Canada. I would like to ask the Minister of MACA, do we have any idea what the cost is going to be to implement this strategy and this agreement, which was signed by the Minister of Environment, in all of our communities in the Northwest Territories to treat wastewater?
