Mr. Speaker, will the Minister dust off the old studies of the construction of the Mackenzie Valley Highway and look at initiating an advisory committee to examine the entire project, even initiating regional advisory committees to begin to initiate the possibilities on areas they can contribute to the construction of the Mackenzie Valley Highway?
