Mr. Speaker, I would have to go and see if there was an actual date. I don’t believe so. From the top of my head, I don’t believe there is an actual date. I know there was a requirement and an agreement by both parties that this design, a design that is required by the bridge code for all their designs and all the components of a design to pass some very rigorous testing to be done.
