Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I, for one, feel that this government has to ensure that before we make any political capital investment, regardless if it’s 911 services or improving their systems in the Northwest Territories, that we have to ensure the benefit is for all Northerners and all 33 communities, and we have to ensure that that capital investment will show a return in the long term. So I’d like to request from the Premier that whatever they do when they come back, that we look at the cost-benefit analysis and also ensure that we will see an improvement in those services throughout the Northwest Territories and in all 33 communities.
