Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I’ve been a Member of this House since 2003. I’ve stood up in here time and time again asking questions about Stanton Territorial Hospital in the areas of staffing, space utilization, contracted services and that. I’ve been following this Stanton Master Development Plan for some time and I wanted to pick up where I left off on Friday. I want to ask the Minister of Health and Social Services if she can stand up in this House today and explain why it takes seven years to develop and plan a master development plan for that hospital.
