Mr. Chairman, we have finished all the internal work and have initiated discussions with the federal government here at the regional level. We are having another meeting next week. We hope to have the path forward. We indicated there is some urgency to this issue, so we are encouraging the federal government to make this and do this as fast as they possibly can.
