Thank you, Mr. Chair. We have provided information before about the new project management scheme that we have set up for this project and we certainly are very pleased with it. I would note that quality control is always the responsibility of the contractor. So it’s the contractor that hires the firm to do that. It’s integral to the work that they have to do to make sure that it’s being performed according to the specifications and it meets all the required standards. So that is never independent of a contract. Quality assurance is independent of that. It’s something that will be, in this case, controlled by Associated Engineering. They’ve got two firms, Levelton and Sargent and Associates that will do that work for them and we’re certainly very pleased with their credentials, very pleased with the team that we have in place.
