I give notice that on Wednesday, October 20, 2010, I will move the following motion: Now therefore I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Monfwi, that pursuant to Section 61 of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, that Elaine Keenan-Bengts be appointed as Information and Privacy Commissioner;

And further, that the appointment be effective November 1, 2010.
