Mr. Chair, the funding that is proposed for funding NT Energy is similar to what has been done in previous years to provide a core team of experts that are able to deal with the

solutions particularly regarding electricity development, hydroelectricity development across the territory. The funding is targeted to supporting three permanent positions and an additional staff, and consulting, and travel, and energy work associated with the hydro projects that are being looked across the Northwest Territories.
