Finally, northern education reform success or renewal success will, clearly, depend on the progress of dealing with poverty and other social factors. As we heard today, residential school impacts will also require an ongoing collaboration with the departments of Health and Social Services, Justice, NWT Housing, MACA and Human Resources. How will the Minister quarterback all these initiatives with so many departments in order to see real progress during the life of this 17
