I’m not sure if this is what the Member’s referring to, but my understanding is that the act is somewhat restrictive in terms of what community body actually has the authority to establish a child and family services committee. In our consultations with communities, this was seen as a barrier, so we are looking, in reviewing the act, at ways to make that more flexible, but there has been no change to that to date.
