Mr. Chair, the initial planning is funded by the department to do the needs assessment. We’ve also worked very closely with the college to assess their spatial needs and develop guidelines working very closely with the college. Once we’ve identified what the needs are, then it does go through the government capital planning process and the first stage is the approval of a planning study, which would determine the scope of the project and take it through to schematic design.
