Thank you, Madam Chair. Right now the department is looking at best practices, looking at the different kinds of programs that would attract and retain young people. They have a different frame of interest that we are trying to capture to incorporate into our culture in the government and we are looking at the different kinds of programs that include the mentorship to tap into the young students to come back to the Northwest Territories.
