Mr. Speaker, the Member is correct, there was no specific line item for youth tours; however, there's other opportunities within the budget and, as Members will recall, there was a number of line items that were dedicated to the youth. There's the Youth Corps funding and a number of other pots that the youth have been accessing to go on the tours that the Member speaks of. But there is no specific line item for the tour itself.
