Thank you, Mr. Chair. Mr. Chair, the department has the capacity to do the work. As for a timeline, I think we would have to have a look at it and see what it is exactly it encompasses, and then I think we will be in a better position to give a timeline as to how it would actually take to move from legislation to regulation.
