Thank you, Mr. Chair. The air handling requirements and the technical requirements including those facilities makes it not feasible. Incrementally, it's a very expensive addition to add to facilities. We looked at it extensively to see how we could make it work, and really what we settled on is any new facilities we would build, we would include it; retrofitting old facilities is not feasible.
