So I want to start off this sitting the way I start off every sitting, with questions to the Minister of ITI about the proposed fish plant in Hay River. If the Minister wouldn't mind once again giving us an update on the status of the fish plant, including things such as the estimated dates for breaking ground, for completion, and for the start of operations?
