Thank you, Mr. Chair. There are a number of tests available and tools available for the RCMP to enforce impaired driving. The Standard Field Sobriety Test is often used as a way to determine if there is an indication of impairment, which then might lead to use of an oral fluid device or the use of a drug-recognition expert to get the expert evidence required to prosecute those offences.
