I know that the deputy ministers meet and Cabinet meets, but there is nothing official in place. In the absence of any official relationship, how, exactly, does ECE engage with Infrastructure, the Housing Corporation, and Finance in the evaluation of capital needs and the development and evaluation of RFPs to ensure that training opportunities are fully realized?
