Thanks, Mr. Chair. There is $1,922,000 in junior kindergarten upgrades. We have had kids in junior kindergarten now for probably two or three years. I am just wondering why we are not able to spend this money so that the kids have proper facilities. We have had JK now for two or three years in some communities. What is going on?
