This funding is in relation to the agreement, the multi-year agreement, on early learning and childcare framework with the Government of Canada, and this is really allowing us to move money that would have been lapsed in 2018-2019 into 2019-2020. So it's a cash flow issue where we are moving the money forward so that they can spend it in the current fiscal year. Thank you, Mr. Chair.
