She's consistently prompt, which is appreciated. My question, though, is not how much it's going to cost, it's where is it? That's what I'm looking for is: what is the long-term plan for that one? I don't pretend that putting together a capital plan is an easy venture by any means and that it can be very difficult to decide what a priority is. Both broadband Internet and cell service, in my opinion, are huge safety features, and safety should always be first and foremost, I think, in a capital plan.
