Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I have questions for the Premier. Mr. Speaker, within the community of Hay River, there is some confusion among the residents around the hiring process for the secretariat. There is concern that workers are being hired without following any type of process. This is troubling, considering the cost this government will be incurring. Can the Premier confirm the hiring process and if any or all positions for the proposed secretariat have been or will be advertised internally within the government and externally for the public?
