Again, sort of back to my background, I would like to know if your technical staff is being given specialized training around northern and Arctic conditions, by example, the cold regions engineering course that's provided by the University of Washington and run out of the University of Alaska. Are there any programs like that that your technical staff is being trained in? Thank you.
