Madam Chair, my concern is that we are turning MTS, by the looks of it, into almost a private-sector type business, competing against private sector. I would like the government to reconsider this and gauge the private sector to see if there is anybody who can provide that service. I understand that there are funds made available, supposedly by federal government, with some costs provided by the territorial government, as well. I would just like to know what those numbers are.
