Members, pursuant to Section 102(4) of the Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act, I wish to table the report of the Integrity Commissioner of the investigation in a complaint by Jackie Jacobson, MLA, against Minister Diane Thom and Premier Caroline Cochrane, alleging breach of the Members' Code of Conduct.
