Mr. Speaker, I move, seconded by the Honourable Member for Inuvik Boot Lake, that Bill 36, an Act to Amend the Territorial Court be read for the second time. This bill amends the Territorial Court Act to allow the Chief Judge to designate a second judge to sit on the Judicial Appointments Advisory Committee. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
